WORKING TABLE WITH CLAMPS
Working table with 2, 4 or more pneumatic clamps for handling panels. This working table has bi-directional movements along X and Y (one to reposition the clamps between one cut and the next and one that is interpolated with the other axes during cutting operations). Sawable panels 2,500 x 1,350 (optional 1,500) x 150 mm.

REMOVABLE MOTORIZED CARRIAGES
ATLANTIS may be equipped with a special system of motorized and controlled carriages that are applied above the panel support bars. Using this system, the pieces are blocked by 2 small sideways conveyor belts (patented), as shown in the photo. This system is recommended for cutting solid wood. As they are independent, the conveyor belts also allow the operator to eliminate knots in solid wood panels (in manual mode).

OMNIWHEEL PRESSURE ROLLERS
ATLANTIS may also be equipped with “Omniwheel” pressure rollers useful to hold stacked wood panels. The Omniwheel exerts the pressure required to hold the stack of panels in the cutting area.

ROTATING BLADE GUIDE
ATLANTIS is equipped with 2 servo-driven steel blade guides, one opposite the other in gantry configuration for a blade rotation of up to +/-90°.The rotating blade can cut contours and shapes up to a minimum radius of 65 mm (depending on the type of blade used).

ATLANTIS may be equipped with a single or double conveyor belt to collect the machined pieces after they have been cut.
